ABOUT

I have been in practice for over 30 years and trained in psychology at the University of Toronto.

I have lived in Tauranga since 1994 and was Senior Clinical Psychologist at Tauranga Hospital from 1994-1999. Since 1999 I have been in private practice.

I am a Registered Clinical Psychologist and Member of the New Zealand Psychological Society.

I have trained in various approaches including psychotherapy (University of Toronto), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing, Level I, 1996 and Level II, 2003), group therapy, family therapy and cognitive-behavioural  therapy.

I have also studied at the C G Jung Institute, Zurich.

I undertake continuing competence programs and clinical supervision.

I adhere to the NZ Psychological Society Code of Ethics.
