SERVICES
I provide diagnosis, assessment and treatment for a wide range of difficulties including:

    Stress

    Depression

    Anxiety and phobias

    Post traumatic stress disorder

    Obsessions and compulsions

    Sexual dysfunctions

    Personality disorders
○
    Anger
○
    Insomnia

 I offer the following services:

Short-term counselling (1-10 sessions)

Longer-term psychotherapy
○
Employee Assistance Program services (Stratos)
○
ACC Mental Injury Assessments
○
Clinical supervision for psychologists, psychotherapists, counsellors or social workers. Supervision can be in-person or by Skype to those in New Zealand or overseas. This supervision can be regular and ongoing, or a single consultation in the event of a case which is temporarily presenting a difficulty.
○
My practice is limited to adults (over 18). I no longer work with children, adolescents, couples or families.
